Welcome to Buda Oriental Massage!
The following guidelines are designed to ensure a pleasant and harmonious experience for both our guests and our team.
Please read and follow them carefully:

Booking and Arrival

Appointment booking: Please book your appointment in advance via phone or our online system to ensure availability at your preferred time.
Arrival time: Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Late arrival: If you are running late, please inform us. In case of delays exceeding 15 minutes, the treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Hygiene and Attire

Hygiene: Please shower before your massage, either at home or in our salon facilities, to ensure cleanliness and comfort for both you and your therapist.
Attire: Comfortable clothing will be provided if needed. Please arrive in easily removable clothing.

Behavior in the Salon

Mobile phones: Please silence or switch off your phone during the massage to maintain a peaceful environment.
Quiet atmosphere: Kindly respect the relaxation of other guests by keeping noise levels low.
Communication: Please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or if you would like special attention on certain areas. Open communication helps us tailor the experience to your needs.

Health Conditions

Health information: Please inform your therapist about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other relevant issues that may affect your treatment.
In case of illness: If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment to avoid spreading infection. We will gladly assist you with rebooking.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment: We accept cash, credit/debit cards. Payment can be made before or after the treatment.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees and to allow others to book the time slot.

Gift Cards and Discounts

Gift cards: Our gift cards are a perfect way to surprise your loved ones. They are available at the salon at the reception desk.
Discounts: We offer special promotions and discounts for returning guests. Please inquire at reception or check our online platforms for current offers.
